I got my 3 bedroom house cleaned by these guys before my tenancy ended. They quoted a price of 180£ which is way more expensive than 60 £ that I usually pay. I chose them seeing some positive reviews on the internet so I thought even if its pricey, I will get professional services. I was in for a shock. 2 staff turned up- I do feel sorry for them as they might have been paid peanuts by the company to clean. However the job done was so poor. I had to make them go through the whole house again. They did not even vacuum the house. Windows, toilets, basins were not cleaned at all. It is a joke! Complained to them with pictures and they said 'my expectations were different!!'. Don't use these amateurs- they are useless
