I called to enquire and get a quotation for cleaning my home. The rude lady on the phone said she couldn't understand me, and said I'd need to speak English! She then hung up the phone! I was born and educated in London, and am deeply offended.

I regret to say we were disappointed. We used Beck & Call twice. The first time they were great. The second time we had a different cleaner and after four and a half hours the standard of cleaning was unsatisfactory. The cleaner was determined to do other chores (such as ironing) rather than those we requested (cleaning). After we raised it with the management the excuses they came back with were ridiculous. We also sent in some photos to back up our comments but they were ignored. I wouldn't recommend them after this experience.
