Good Gone Bad
Bought some doors from this company just over a year ago, went back to get another for my extension but looks like they have fallen victim to the hard economic times the country is currently going through.
Rubbish! This is a fake company and you know it, so put the plastic violin away and try feeling sorry for the people Declan Christie rips off Neville/Declan whatever your name is!!

Ordered from your floors and doors around 2 years ago now and was very happy with the product. Just went to look for some new flooring for my kitchen but looks like they have gone bankrupt. Just shows how the economic climate can affect any business...

Lifestyle flooring direct and this company have same director and both companies are operating the same. They will give you a freephone number which after you have transferred money will be disconnected . See reviews of yours floors to doors both registered in the name of the same director .Incidently 83 Ducie street is a mail box and the neighbours say people arrive all day collecting mail and they receive hundreds of phone calls trying to locate the occupants !!!! Just stay away don't be tempted by a good deal . I have had to give a star to write review

I Think They May Be Going Out Of Business
I have had a series of issues with these guys and they owe me nearly £1000 pounds after taking your money they will give you false delivery dates, send cheaper inferior items which take forever to get replaced.
They will never return your phone calls, their main phone number as of time of writing this just brings up a message saying that the mobile you have dialed is switched off.
I am about to make a small calm and/or report them to the credit company I have had 3 moths of hell with these jokers.
Don't be lured by their glossy website.
Check out the owners they have had a series of failed businesses apparently.
100% TRUE. These scam site are run by a 22yr old scammer called Declan Christie which of course he will deny They look so genuine because he is also a web designer. He sets up fake online companies to rip people off. When he starts getting bad reviews, he get his little mates to submit positive ones to keep his ratings high. Once he's been rumbled he closes the company, only to set another one up under a different name.I would never buy any flooring from Leeds or Manchester now. Remember, always pay by Visa, never purchase from a PO Box numbers check out the address on streetview, I can assure you that the building will be an office block. Christie rents meeting room space temporarily so that he can look the part and use their address, before he disappears. The managing agents of his previous address confirmed this and also mentioned that he uses many aliases. You have been warned!!
hi i to have been tricked for money but through the company Lifestyle flooring direct . Both the companies have the same director
listed. Did you have any success getting your money back or any luck
with the police. I have made a report to action fraud. The companys
are registered at addresses that are actually mail boxes. I am unable to
name the director on site however you can google the director .
DONT USE THEM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE.
I ALSO SPENT £1000 AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY GOODS. THEIR MAIN PHONE NUMBER GETS DIVERTED TO A MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS SWITCHED OFF.
I MANAGED TO FIND ANOTHER NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY. SOMEONE WILL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND MONEY. YOU WILL EVEN GET AN INVOICE.
PLEASE REPORT TO YOUR BANK ASAP. MY HALIFAX BANK IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THIS COMPANY.

False Promises
Had 3 delivery dates but never arrived, i was told floor was in stock but clearly not gave up in the end fed up of being lied to.
Ask for my money back which they agreed with but a week later still no returned money.
Did you ever receive your goods or a refund . I am trying to get as much information as possible on these flooring companies and their directors as I have been affected and I think they are operating under many names.

Ordered 40m2 of oak flooring, delivered 3 days later. They had an offer for free underlay which was also delivered the same day. Looks stunning now it is down. I will be doing more rooms later in the year.

Just placed a large order for some Laura Ashley laminate flooring and it was delivered next day. The underlay was missed of but they sent that out the following day with some free beeding.

Is this company still in business? A friend of mine had a beautiful floor laid by them at a great price and we thought we would consider them for an extension we are having but I can find no information about them.
