Avoid this company, they sell rubbish and they will NOT give you your money back no matter what they claim. The rug supplied was absolutey apalling quality and the Rug House refused to provide a refund.

Ordered my rug on Tuesday , arrived Thursday lunch time . The service has been first class . I new exactly where the rug was from leaving the rug house until arriving at my home. I could not wait to open it up , it was every thing I wanted & more . Beautiful colour , so silky under your feet . I will recommend to my friends, & most certainly use you again. Thank you .

I ordered a door mat and rug from therughouse it was delivered the next day and the products were as described. I was very happy with the purchase.

I bought 3 rugs from the rug house and I am so happy with them. Rugs came the next day, friendly delivery man, even offered to put them in my chosen room. Opening the rugs I panicked a little as they were tightly curled, but after a few hours they flattened. The quality is fantastic and they are at such a low price. They have a few rugs that other vendors sell, but i checked and they are always cheapest!!

I had a few questions for them and they answered straight away.

This retailer has loads of modern funky and unsual rugs which my daugter loves and also loads that are to my taste. I ordered a lovely butterfly rug for my daughter and she loves it. It had vivid colours and look exactly like the picture. It was of great quality.

As was the rug that i order for beside the fire. I always get compliments on it. I love it.

The postage was free and the rug arrived super quick... what more could you want!!

Have bought several rugs from The Rug House and always delighted with quality of rugs and speed of ervice. They are very cheap but don't look it - look absolutely fab. I dare say in a few months time I will buy again (I have two absolute terrors of pups that destroy everything, and these are great to make your house look nice for a short while...).
