My Karndean floor was very badly fitted. When a fitter came back to rectify the faults he was rude and intimidating.

I rang several times to complain but no manager was available and didn't ring me back as promised. I resorted to emails bu they went unanswered. Further letters, registered post weren't answered either. It seems they have no intention of honoring any guarantee or promises made at the time of my order. I would never ever recommend this company. My floor was fitted in October 2012, it is now March 2013 and the issues have not been resolved.
