I had ordered a rug from this site. On line, the rug definitely looked black and was shown under the black category. Upon arrival, the rug was definitely green. I took to several rooms and the color was definitely green. The rug was very pretty but the wrong color. I called Rugs Direct and they were most help and very cooperative to tell me how to return the rug. I was only asked to take some photos of the rug and upon receipt they sent me a call tag for the return. I was so appreciative of their kindness and willingness to return the rug. Great company and I would definitely do business with them. Strong recommend this company.
