We were trying to find a rug for our new babies room, with no luck on the high street, we went online to the 'UK's leading online provider' or so they say. The rug we found was grey and white showed in a picture against a white wall. When it came it was cream and grey, it even had a picture on the side of the rug again showing black and white. I contacted them on email and they refused to take the item back without me paying for the postage myself. Considering the size of the item, it would have cost me as much as paid for the item in the first place, a joke really when the fault was on their part. Please avoid this company, they are rip of merchants.

Ordered on Saturday and was delivered to us on the Tuesday. Professional and courteous courier service. Very happy and will use again.

I ordered a large rug (7 foot long) from their site for my daughters birthday. The rug that turned up was the size of a bathmat even though the order had the correct size. When I emailed them they said it was as fault on their site and they would provide a refund. When I asked them to honour their agreement they wouldn't, nor did they even bother to offer up a new rug or a discount. I also then found that you can get the same rug much cheaper at many other retailers, including from the same Amazon site.

I find this sort of poor response the reason so many businesses do badly.

This company were very professional and very polite when i inquired about my delivery date. The full process took them just 3 days to have my rug with me.

I live in Spain and ordered a rug from this company in the UK. I paid for postage to my home in Spain. The rug cost £119.00 including postage and took 2 months to arrive after being given lots of excuses by the seller. The rug arrived in a damaged condition with stains and broken packaging. In addition I had to pay the driver an additional postage cost of 24.79 euros which the seller refused to reimburse. They admitted it took too long and that they had problems with the courier and that I should not have been charged extra but still refused to reimburse. I was left feeling very disappointed with my purchase. I would recommend that no one buys from this company as the service was not good.
