Literally the worst customer service EVER!! and from the boss, apparently!!
Having used them before and considering the size of the job, I'd have expected a little better.
No replies to emails, never call when they say they will and no apology when I've chased them over a quote 4/5 weeks old.
If I could rate them zero stars I would.

I needed a few funky floor tiles for our campervan. I knew we weren't going to make them a fortune with our small spend, but as we live in a large house and will soon be getting all our floors re-done I thought it would be a good taster to see what service and product quality was like from Meadeee... I won't be buying from them!
I asked for a sample tile. The "tile" took ages to arrive and when it did, it was about 2cmx3cm - good job I was only doing a small space - difficult to get an overall effect from something that would be hard to see 10 paces away!We decided to proceed and I emailed on Sunday with a query. No one returned my email. I called on Friday and was told they were effectively too busy to look through the emails. The chap worked out how many tiles I needed and over-quoted me. He then asked me to go back through the website but when I explained I was reluctant to do this as I hadn't had much luck via their website and hadn't had any acknowlegment of my previous email, he wouldn't take an order over the phone. I said I'd probably look else where and he said that was fine.
I don't feel this company wants my business, big or small and I'd rather spend my money somewhere where I feel valued.
Exactly! They don't care about the small jobs. Sad, those small jobs often lead to other jobs or bigger jobs! Not a good way to run a business!

We get 100's of requests for samples and we do not make a charge for sending these out. The size of the sample sent however is what we have been provided with from the tile manufacturers. I have however passed on your comments in an attempt to get larger samples for the future.
We have a tile calculator on our site for standard room, which in this instance may not have been suitable to use for calculating how many tiles you needed in your campervan.

We simply get confirmation of payment and orders but your full credit card details are not divulged to us. Furthermore verified by Visa passwords which alot of cards now have also remain private with the cardholder as they should be. I am sorry if this was not explained to you fully.
