I don't feel comfortable buying something online without seeing it, particularly not something like a rug where the colour, quality and texture is so important. Love-Rugs has such a wide selection of modern and traditional rugs in their store in addition to their hand-knotted Persian and Oriental rugs through Little-Persia. The shop is all about rugs, unlike most flooring stores where a corner is dedicated to rugs and the rest is carpets or laminate. They do rug repair (presumably for their hand-knotted rugs) and even offered to have a custom rug made when I was looking for something specific.
