I bought online a small piece of carpet from this company, having phoned and been told it should arrive 2 days later. The purchase via Paypal went through under Artificial Grass Direct. Two weeks days later the item has not arrived and the courier company tell me they have no record of ever handling it. He ignored my emails and messages via his websites. The land line number was not valid for the company, according to the woman who answered it. Many calls to the mobile number were answered on only 3 occasions, the last being when hid my number. When I did speak to him the problem was blamed on the courier My Hermes. It is my opinion that he never actually sent the item. He certainly did not resolve the issue and failed to contact me about it, despite promising to do so. Under the name Artificial Grass Direct, has been paid for an item that I haven't received and he has clearly avoided trying to resolve the matter. Do not use his two companies!
