Aspen Flooring - Pyrford

Whilst we understand where another reviewer is coming from about the poor lighting it was not a problem for us. The reason being we were given a book of samples to take home so we could see the colours again our walls which was very useful. No deposit required just return within 48 hours which was ample. The service was exemplary and ended up ordering our carpet from Aspen Flooring.Our only slight criticism is the shop itself was cold and could do with some heating.

Aspen Flooring shop is hidden away in the village of Pyrford which is about 1 mile from West Byfleet.You will need to drive slowly to see it and the easiest landmark to look for is Lloyd's Chemist which is in a parade of shops and it is almost directly opposite. You probably would not think of entering unless you had been recommended as there is really nothing in the window to identify it as a carpets/flooring shop.Once inside it is a little dark and some halogen or bright strip lighting would not go amiss. However you are given personal service and you do feel pressurised or rushed to purchase. The come and measure your room and the give you an estimate/price.The prices are competeive and the partners do the carpet laying themselves. Apart from the lighting which makes seeing the colours in anything near a true light everything else is top notch and far beats storws like Carpetright.When we want anothe carpet we will certainly come to this company again.
