I wanted a competitive quote for my window blinds so; I did my research and contacted a number of companies. I was appalled by the sheer lack of customer care from many other companies like Hilary’s, Sanderson’s, California shutters, premier blinds and conservatory blinds etc... I experienced such poor levels of customer service, aggravation and stress from these companies and would not recommend them at all. There was one company whom really stood out from the rest, the excellent impression I got from the staff at plantationshutters4u had such an impact, so I decided to go with them.

On the first appointment the sales rep and Interior consultant were both very professional. I was blow away by their product knowledge & experience as the service I received far surpassed what I had previously experienced with the other companies. After this insightful visit I received my quote for plantationshutters4u for installing full height shutters in the master bedroom, the café style basswood in dining room and the tier on tier style in the kitchen. I also required some pleated blinds for the loft gable roof & side blinds on the roof extension. These windows have particularly awkward shaped frames, so I really needed a specialist in blinds to get them right. I am so glad I did my research to find this exquisite company. The customer service that I received was on par with the high quality I would expect from a very high end store. I must say this company is more expensive than the other blind companies I called out but you really get what you pay for with the plantationshutters4u, as these people are professionals at every level and this for me this is paramount when investing my money into my home. I would recommend this company as you could not fault them on any level. From the quality & variety of products, service; to product knowledge just the whole experience from beginning to completion was a very joyous affair. Pleasantly pleasing company when we live in an age where manners and service seem to on the incline else were.

I would like to thank all the folks at the plantationshutters4u for such amazing creation of these phenomenal Blinds that they have put in to our house. We have another home in the States and we also used a company to design our plantation shutters and electrical blinds there in that house but the job done by these guy’s is totally awesome I mean I just wanna take them with me redo all the blinds the other company did for us as the quality and service is just so much better from Plantationshutters4u I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the U.K looking for one off designs and super high level products and finishes to look these guys up. I am working on another house project here in Surrey and I will totally be calling plantation shutters 4 u back out to work all the windows and rooms there with their interior design magic. My wife is so happy with the shutters they make our living room bay window look splendid. The curtains we also had made are of very high standard finish and matching the accessorises in the room perfectly. The interior designer has a classical/retro approach and it just what we wanted for our home. Every room is now stunningly finished and the right amount of lighting and warmth has now been adjusted to a really cosy ambient vibe. I am so glad we splashed out extra on the farrow and ball finishes and the elegant customised 6ft long curtain rails are amazing.

The interior design from plantationshutters4u has designed such a wonderful concept for our home we are totally delighted with the supreme finish. My sister now also wants the design team at planationshutters4u to create the same magic in her home.

I wish we had known about this company years ago, We recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that provides top quality service and products although you will pay more you definitely get the best your money can buy that’s for sure.

We had an Interior designer plan for our new house, we wanted to find a company with experience to give us advice on lighting and shutters for our home. We were recommended plantationshutters4u by our neighbours whom had their shutters custom made by them. We found that the customer service was impeccable compared to may larger companies. We found the whole experience very satisfactory and we would also recommend the company to our friends and family. The installation chappy worked quickly and was very tidy. The showroom was very informative and we even found some attractive curtians and matching roller blind for the study. Which saved us a long trip to John Lewis and this is conventiently local company are such a hidden gem. I wish we knew they were there before we wasted time with other companies. They are a good quality company and have some wonderful fabrics to choose from there is no need to go else where.
