Fantastic Customer Service
They made my entire house curtains and blinds faultless nothing was too much trouble I spent hours on the telephone they were extremely patient with me, and I saved a fortune on all local charges.

They Don't Answer After Taking The Money...
I thought that I was lucky to have found this e-shop having fabrics in such good prices. However, a bad surprise was ahead of me. After I made the purchase using my credit card weeks passed without receiving the goods. They didn't reply neither to my emails nor to my phonecalls. Thank God, banking system is with customer's side! I disputed this transaction and bank has contacted them and then some days after I received my long waited goods. Never, ever buy again from this store!

None Delivery And No Response.
Placed an order mid December 2011. Order ackbowledged 14 December.
However no delivery. No response to e-mails and the telephone number omitted from their website.
Looks dangerous.

Poor Customer Service, Do Not Use
After placing an order on what seems like a well run site i got suspicious after not hrearing anything from them after 2 weeks. I looked up the reviews and was horrified to see that people were not receiving orders. i notices someone had kindly put a telephone number on there so i called it and got a rude response saying "hang on i will put you thru to someone else without any questions" the lady came on who was covering for someone else and said my order had failed as the material was out of stock! it took 2 weeks for me to find out, they hadnt let me know. luckily i got the phone number or i would of been waiting weeks to find out were it was.
I would not touch this company again and will check the reviews next time before i order. be careful!
I also asked why they do not display the telephone number on the website and she told me she works for british blinds or something?? something not quite right with this company!!

I placed an order in April 2011 and the money was taken from my credit card 6 days later. I have not received the goods and despite numerous emails, have not received a refund of my money. I have reported this site to directgov.org.uk

I have been caught by this site to... I have been waiting for my material since 20/04/11. I have sent a few email with no reply. I am now going to look at trying to get the money back that they took at order confirmation. This is disgusting and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I Had A Problem With An E-mail Saying Read The Aut
I had a problem with an e-mail saying read the autoresponse and I couldn't read anything - but then my goods arrived within 3 days. Great service and i will definately use again, but the nonsense e-mail saying read autoresponse does need sorting out as this is not good and did make me slightly worried. Service and goods 10/10 though! I received an e-mail i could read which alerted me to the goods being dispatched and they arrived the very next day just as the e-mail said.

Felt Like A Complete Idiot When I Found This Site
Felt like a complete idiot when I found this site after 2 weeks waiting for my delivery from Moodbox. They took the money out the same day and apart from an email confirming order I received nothing else. After another week or so while I sent a couple of emails asking for estimated delivery time and did not receive a reply to either. Also the phone number I had was always engaged (I think-can't quite remember but never had any joy there).
Eventually, after drafting a letter to copy to my credit card company to claim back the money I found another telephone number. I rang it and got an answer! Apparently my order was due into them from the manufacturer in the next few days. I receievd the order, in good condiiton and as described exactly one week after that phonecall.
Whilst I don't rate the custmomer service that highly (apparently lack of response to emails due to some server issues..) it is a damn site better than Dunelm. I paid more for the fabric at Moodbox but at least I didn't have to renage on my vow never to deal with that bunch of numpty's again.
I'm just relieved I've had a positive experience. For anyone else still wondering about an order with Moodbox, the number I got response on was 01274 596 532

Have Had Significant Difficulty With This Company.
Have had significant difficulty with this company. Took my money before goods arrived. When goods arrived they were not as advertised on their site. Have made many attempts to speak to Moodbox, but they do not answer calls or respond to emails. Returned product asking for refund, they have kept goods and not refunded my money. Very disappointing.

I ordered some curtain fabrics and have saved myself quite a nice sum of money buying through moodbox. My order came to me within 5 days and i am truly delighted with the service i have received. I was wary of the internet but i had no need to be and i will be visiting this site again for my next project.
