I emailed this firm twice about a quotation with no response

Today I phoned them three times only to hear an automated voice telling me that "I was first in the queue"

Trouble was that I was first in the queue endlessly.

My patience finally expired.

The music being played in the background was horrendous and to make it worse it was completely distorted to a "mush"

Obviously done want several hundred pounds worth of business, my advice look elsewhere
