I called a number of London based blinds companies as I needed blinds all around my new flat in east London. I opted for London window blinds as the guy who came around was really helpful in explaining all the technical stuff that the other 2 companies that visited simply avoided ! Samples were fab too. They were not the cheapest out of the 3 but had the best knowledge. When they attended to fit them they made an attempt to come as early as possible which meant I did not get into work late and they hovered up all their mess ! Very professional & polite. Defo recommend.

I contacted the company via email for a free no obligation visit and was firstly sent a series of questions one of which asking if i was a landlord and then told there was a £45 call out fee. I was then emailed in a very unprofessional manner asking what I wanted to spend and then told there was 'no chance' all i was asking was for was some ball mark figures and a breakdown of costs, replied in an unprofessional manner.
