Seems like there's something not right with this place recently, it used to be super reliable - fitted the wrong shutters, in the wrong colour with the wrong fittings, am constantly chasing the owner who rarely gets back to my emails or calls, still unresolved after four months, owner didn't communicate any changes in our order to us prior to them being fitted and now and stuck with shutters we didn't want.

Received a really great service from LeLouvre. We are really pleased with the shutters, the look lovely and everyone always comments on them. Would highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish, kept us informed at very milestone, the man doing the installation was a pleasure to have around the house, polite, methodical and did an excellent job. Would happily recommend to others.

The quality of workmanship and professional service was excellent, really friendly and you could tell they wanted to give you the best service they could and make the client happy.

They also offered a hand painted finish and locks which other companies didn't. Overall they wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything and went out of their way to make it happen . No hard sell which I found with other companies.

After researching quite a few shutter companies and having home consultations we came across Le Louvre and asked then to come to our house for a quote. We couldn't believe our luck and were so thankful to have found them. They were so professional, gave fantastic advice and understood exactly what we wanted. They took the time to discuss all options and helped us make the right decisions that suited us and our home. The timeline between ordering and fitting was quick and they were flexible with a date for installation to suit us. They fitted them with care and expertise. Particularly as our house is old and not all the windows are standard size yet they were able to fit the shutters to the windows perfectly. They look brilliant and have transformed the house. The entire experience was exceptional. The team are professional, friendly and efficient. It was refreshing to see how much pride the fitter took in his work, and how enthusiastic the owner of the company is about his product.

I had a special request for locks to be fitted, and where many other companies did not even consider it – Le Louvre researched the different locks to ensure that the ones they used did what they were supposed to without taking away from the shutters.
