We're really pleased with the curtains from Kiddywinks Curtains for our son's bedroom. He has French doors and we chose one curtain that closes from the left. Even though the fabric has been sewn together as the width was too wide it is not noticeable. They are beautifully made, a lot of care has been taken. I would have given 5 stars but they did arrive a week or so after the original delivery date, they did send me an email to let me know this and the curtains did arrive when they said they would.

Had similar experience to last reviewer. The curtains took ages to make, I constantly contacted them, and if they responded the just fobbed me off with excuses. BUT when I did receive the curtains, they were amazing. Very good quality, can't fault them. So for that reason I would recommend them. With warnings. If they just sort their communication out.

The customer service I have received from this company is abosultely abominable. The curtains took three months longer than promised to arrive, they don't respond to emails or answerphone messages and don't seem to be there to pick up phone calls either. I have been phoning daily to get some compensation for the delay but they just do not reply.

Avoid this company as there are plenty of reputable companies out there who will do the job for the same money in a fraction of the time and with far superior customer service skills.

Hopefully this review will stop someone else having the frustrating experience that I have had.
