It was my first time ordering a blind online and I must say I was quite impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the finished product.

The site contains numerous easy to find guides which include "how to measure" and advice on fitting the blinds yourself. As well as freely offering a customer service number which can be called and all your questions are answered immediately down the phone. I was very lucky to speak a nice young lady that advised me on the best fabrics to order samples for. All the information I needed was available on the website.

The next day the samples arrived! I then placed my order for a blind that was unbelievably cheap when compared to a quote I recieved from a local company and I couldnt be happier overall with the experience.
