I visited this company( if you can call it that) only to be told that they had no fabric. I was greeted by a barking dog in quite a hostile environment. It was a complete waste of time and nothing like what I expected from viewing the web site. They need to update there web site as they had no fabric to sell.

I ordered some fabric from discountfabricslincs.co.uk a month ago and chose to 'pay by phone' as the payment link on the website wasn't working. I didn't receive a phone call to take payment within 48hrs as the website stated so I tried to phone the company and left two voicemails over the next few days with no response. I then emailed the company (telling them that I was concerned as I was ordering for an event in a weeks time) and the next day received a paypal invoice and payment link from the adviser at Discountfabriclincs with a promise that my order would be with me within 2 days. Nothing arrived and I haven't been able to get hold of the company since. I've sent them multiple emails requesting a refund and no one answers the phone. They have basically stolen £43 of my money and not sent the product. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Please never order from this website/company!

I have used this company a few times now, and they never fail to please. All of my wallpapaer and fabrics come from these guys & i cannot tell you how much money i save by using them!

Recently I bought some harlequin wallpaper from this company at a fantastic price , my wallpaper came in the timescale I was promised - will definitely be using these again , service was fab!

I didn't think that I could get this designer fabric at a discounted rate and def didn't want seconds or inferior quality . I emailed this company and got a quick competitive quote for two different makes of top fabric . They then offered a making up service which again was much cheaper than my curtain maker . I was a bit dubious doing it on line but they talked me through the measuring process . My curtains arrived beautifully made up and look perfect ! Really really pleased and will be ordering my bedroom roman blinds from discount fabrics . Result

I rang round a few companies and got a very competitive quote from this company for 20 metres of Romo fabric. Delivery was really speedy and I was delighted to make a good saving . Will be definitely using again .

Although I mainly use John lewis , I decided to buy on line for soem Harlequin fabric after being recommended by a friend. I also wanted to telephone the comapny to ask if they could make up my curtians. Discount fabrics ordered the fabric and a great price and then made up my curtains after giving me instructions of how to measure . The curtains arrived and I am absoulutely delighted. I saved over £400 in total and would def use this Discount fabrics again. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
