The good news - the blinds eventually arrived and worked.

But it is hard work dealing with this operation - I ordered on 11th December and got delivery on 18th January. Admittedly I did not chase the order until a few days into the New Year. I left a phone message and the next day they called back and claimed the delay was PayPal's fault - but by that point they had retrieved all my information. They could have done that on the day they banked my payment. So a week or two later I chased delivery. They gave me a Tufnells tracking code for a TNT shipment .......

At best this is run by amateurs

Everything I have to sort it through paypal. didnt sent my order.

please save yourself the hassle of dealing with this bunch of conmen! I have had nothing but problems from purchasing from this company and I recommend that you look elsewhere for blinds and curtains. They don't issue receipts and there phone is never answered, you just get a message saying the adviser isn't available but leaving a message is pointless too they never get back to you! Cost me alot of money really disappointed.

Customer service is not interested in any problems and will not resolve them - I would definitely not recommend this company. The blind we ordered was not cheap but was badly finished off and was slightly shorter in width than we ordered. There is an ugly bare plastic strip on the side of the blind which faces outwards but customer service refuse to admit that the blind wasn't manufactured properly. We got no satisfaction from complaining and we are left unhappily with a blind which looks half finished.

Company sent a head-rail 5mm longer than ordered - they refused to change it without charging me for a new, just quoted T&C's, industry standards etc. Shall never use or recommend again.
