We booked this company to fit a curtain pole in our home. We understood they were busy and booked them in for two weeks later to fit a pole.

On the morning of the fitting they called and said they had no record of why they were coming to my house and could I please tell them. I did.

They then called me twenty minutes later to say they had sold their last pole brackets and would not be able to come.

They said they would order the bracket required and would rebook with me for two days time.

Two days later they finally arrived to fit the pole. The first thing that the fitter said was that the brackets would not be deep enough to allow the pole to project over our window sill, meaning our full length curtains would hit the window sill.

I was told I would only be able to have a track (which is what I didn't want). I had given all the measurements, including the depth of the window sill to the good lady who took the order, but of course she had not written it down! hence the mistake.

The fitter (martin) said if I wanted a track they could fit the following week.

I called the shop the next day to arrange the fitting of the track the following week. The owner said he could not fit that week and I would have to wait two weeks! I was not happy about this to which he got annoyed and said

'to be honest, you have chosen the wrong time of year to have this done' I could not believe what I was hearing! to blame us for everything that has happened, without so much as an apology. He was shouting at me down the telephone and then decided to hang up.

I am now looking for a reputable company to fit my curtain pole (or track!)

I have never ever come across such a rude and arrogant person.

AVOID!!!!!
