ordered my blinds 13/11/15, had my order confirmation immediately but since then have had no replies to the 4 emails I have sent them, there is no other way of contact as they do not seem to have a phone number, will go to the bank today to see what can be done

Shocking customer service

I ordered £220 worth of blinds over a week ago. I made an online purchase with my debit card. the payment went through immediately but I didn't receive a confirmation email with a order number and a delivery date by email. So I now have no idea if my order has been processed properly.

I have on 3 occasions tried to email customers services (they don't have a contact number). They promise to reply to all emails within 24 hours. This is not the case in my experience. To date they have not replied with any information or even an acknowledgment of my emails to them.

I will now have to try to cancel the order with my bank. very poor customer relations

I ordered a blind from Charles Astor from Australia as we do not get the same colour range here. From the first, nothing proved to be easy about my order, but the staff member I dealt with was amazing! He went above and beyond the call of duty to answer numerous emails and liaise many times with the supplier when there were problems accessing the fabric I was after. The support and level of service and information given was incredible. In the end, the blind is beautiful, it was delivered super-fast and I am thrilled with the whole process. To top it off, the prices are fantastic! I would highly recommend Charles Astor Blinds to anyone.

It is so refreshing to get such good service these days, it is normally such a battle to even talk to somebody! So Charles Astor has proved to be the exception to the rule, very helpful advice, no long waits on the phone, questions answered well, samples sent quickly, product arrived on time, looks to be good quality, haven't put the blinds up yet, so will let you know if I have problems, but as it stand can thoroughly recommend this company.

The difference these stripey roller blinds have made to what was beginning to look like a very clinical and sterile kitchen is just STUNNING! The blinds look absoloutely FANTASTIC',are of excellent quality,fitted beautifully and have already been much admired.

Despite having a 're-think' about the fabric design for 1 of the blinds a few days after placing the order Mark was very understanding and accommodating for which I'm extremely grateful.

I did have a slight problem with the website as I couldn't get the 'e-mail' to 'go'from the enquiry form so I just rang them instead..... all sorted!!!

The whole process from sample requests to receiving the blinds went smoothly and I can't 'thank' them enough for helping me to complete what has been a very difficult and emotional kitchen 'make-over' project started by my late sister!!!

the service was excellant and the blinds were easy to fit. They look great in our kitchen. I bought three, two for windows and one for a door. They were all different sizes but fitted perfectly. I am really pleased with the way they look.

I was apprehensive about providing the online measurements myself, but with the guarantee of a remake I took the chance.

The bathroom window has tiles to half the height and so I followed the website instructions to provide the minimum width measurement, that being between the tiles. In hindsight, I should have provided the larger measurement from the upper part of the recess as the gap around the blind within the recess is bigger than I would have hoped for and although the window pane is just covered, a considerable part of the frame is visible.

I haven't requested a remake but would definitely bear this in mind for next time.
