Zleeps Supreme

Ordered a (king size gold) mattress topper at a great price and told the delivery would take a few days so stated my home address as I was on annual leave for a week. Shipment notification stated a 'delivery by' date which fell within my holiday period but this date passed without receipt. Frustratingly a day after I placed the order the tracking showed that it was at the local depot but this is where it sat for almost a week! A revised delivery date was given but as I was back at work I needed to change the address but Zleeps and the courier (Yodel) were unable to do this until the delivery was attempted. Fortunately it arrived in the evening when I was in.

Customer services at Zleeps were very good and sympathetic to the problem but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that I stayed in the previous week waiting for delivery that didn't arrive and I could have been doing other things during my annual leave.

Such a shame that a great product at a great price, from what seems to be a good company has been let down by a rubbish courier.

We ordered a gold standard single Hypnia memory foam mattress topper, on the strength of a recommendation from a friend who was delighted with hers. We were very pleased with ours, and having both tried it out on one side of the bed we decided to order a matching topper for the other side of the bed. Disappointingly it was nothing like the first, as the foam and the cover were totally different. We had several exchanges of unsatisfactory emails and phonecalls with Zleeps, before [name removed] came to the rescue and tried his best to sort out the problem of locating a topper of the quality of the first one, which eventually he did – no argument, nothing too much trouble. Not impressed with the general standard of service from Zleeps but five stars to [name removed]!

I RECENTLY ON DOCTORS ADVICE NEEDED A MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. I FOUND ZLEEPS WEB SITE AND PROBLEM SOLVED. ORDERED MY MATTRESS AT 9 AM ON THURSDAY MORNING AND IT WAS SAFELY DELIVERED AT 3PM THE NEXT DAY. I LIVE ON THE WEST COAST OF SCOTLAND AND THE MATTRESS WAS SENT FROM THE SOUTH COAST OF ENGLAND THIS WAS QUITE AN ACHEIVEMENT, GREAT SERVICE, PROMISES KEPT, GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT PRICE. Really happy with the service we got from Zleeps and the mattress we ordered. It was great value too. I wasn't sure about ordering online as I've only ever ordered books and games from the Internet. Very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service from Zleeps was superb. Item was bought on a Sunday, I got a shipping confirmation email Monday night around 6pm and the mattress was delivered on Tuesday around midday.

The item itself came packed in a box, very easy to take upstairs and then I opened it and watched it slowly start to expand. By 10pm that night it was full size and very comfortable.

Zleeps asked me to post a review after I emailed them telling them how great the product was and they sent me a free pillow! Win win all round!
