We were quoted 2-3 weeks delivery for some furniture, it is now just over 3 weeks and we haven't heard anything. I have sent them several emails dated back a week ago and hve not had a single reply. The post sales line iconstbusy and I have wasted every lunch break this week on hold.

I have spoken to a

few of the ladies on the reservation line who have confirmed that there are outstanding emails on my booking & ee following day but she must be incapable of picking up a phone because I've still not heard anything. They are quick to take your money but they do not provide you with any goods. The customer service is nonexistent and they do not even give you updates.

we ordered bed and mattress on woodenbedworld over the weekend, everything was delivered on tuesday, beds headboard was broken and mattress was damaged as well after opening (and it was not even what we ordered- it seems all to be second hand quality). now they said they will send us a new mattress and bed, but im scared its going to be the same story again and again...the mattress will not be branded as presented on their website.. read all the small prints .... pooor customer service over a poooor quality of products...would not recommend at all.. waste of money and your nerves
