Bought a bed with metal frame for my teenage son, after a week or so had a few problems with metal slats, kept fixing them myself until it got worse and decided to ring and complain, within a few hours the bed was replaced with a divan type bed of much better quality and assembled by the helpful young delivery man.

Visited the warehouse, chose a bed, it was delivered at the prearranged time and they assembled it for me. I have found the divan I bought to be of excellent quality for the price. Definitely no complaints.

I bought a 6 feet wooden used bed frame for £100 in September 2012 from this shop. Within 3-4 weeks, it was broken. I complained to them, they came & fixed it. It broke down again in next 2-3 weeks & this time, there was a minor injury also. So in 6-7 weeks, it was broken twice. This time, I went to the shop & told them to take it back & give me some refund like £50. The owner just refused to talk to me & sent one of his guys to talk to me. Of course, that guy was quiet rude to me. He told me that they can fix it again. I told that I don't want to get it fixed, just take it back & give me some refund. He told me that they can't give any refund on it as it was an ex display set. It was sold as it is. He said that it's my mistake that I did not check the bed properly while buying it at first place. He said that they will come to collect it free of charge and they will be doing a favour on me while doing so. Buy they can't give any refund on it. He told me that its £1200 bed (the new one), which is also a lie. I checked the same bed on one website (the new one) for £299 with free delivery. As expected, they never came to collect it as well. I was quite embarrassed by the treatment given to me by them, so I never contacted them again. I have called local city council to collect this bed now. I want other people to know about it, so that they also don't get cheated by them like me. Its £100 lost, I will take it. But getting abused by them after this, its difficult to take.
