Excellent value for money. the office phoned ahead saying would I like an earlier delivery due to a cancellation, I couldn't oblige, the team turned up on time as agreed, clean respectful polite team, no fuss, surveyed the access and delivered perfectly and took away old mattress as per contract. We couldn't be more pleased.

I'm not as agile as I used to be, so I bought myself an electrically adjustable bed from Vic Smith. I found the staff extremely helpful and patient. The bed is lovely, so easy to get in and out of and if my legs are particularly bad I can elevate them. Such a relief! My bed was delivered within a week of placing my order. The gentlemen were very careful and meticulous, placing the bed exactly where I wanted and made sure the controls all worked. They removed my old bed and all the packaging. It is wonderful to have proper old fashioned service from purchase to delivery. Thank you Vic Smith and all your Team.

Finally got round to buying a new bed and I must say Vic Smith Beds are brilliant. The fella in the Enfield shop knew his stuff. I got myself a all singing all dancing pocket spring with memory foam double bed, (really wanted a king-sized one but can't fit it in!) They delivered it really quick - The next day! The delivery team are second to none great service even set the bed up and better still took the old one away - saved me loads of hassle! Highly recommended A+

I needed to buy a new bed, long overdue! I found the staff friendly, very knowledgeable and patient (I can never make up my mind!)After at least half an hour I settled on a lovely king sized bed with pocket springs & memory foam and it was in stock, which meant I could have it delivered free the very next morning. The boys turned up about 10 greeted me with a smile and took my nice new bed upstairs set it all up and took the packaging away and even took my old bed away. Now that's what I call good old fashioned service. I will be buying from Vic again, they have some lovely solid oak furniture. I'm saving my pennies!! I wish I had bought local before beats these big bed companies hands down. I even got a free bottle of English wine for buying an English made bed!
