Tower Sleep Impression all foam mattress

very poor contact with company rude staff!!

When we bought it we were told Impression is the top line of TowerSleep's beds, mattress is extra thick (true) and purely made of thick layer of memory foam + normal foam.

The bed supposes to provide 'medium to firm' support, but we found that in the first 5mins of sleeping, yes it does. But if you sleep on it over night, in the morning you will find a large dent under your body (I weight 48kg).

After just 4 weeks, the mattress was getting unbearable and after around 6 weeks, my partner and I both started having a bad lower back pain! The foam seems lost its memory already and left the dents all day long on the bed. We felt we were sleeping in a body-shaped hole and bodies have been squashed together all night long - it was absolutely a punishment.

After repeatedly complaining to the manufacture and the retailer, 3 months afterwards e eventually got a replacement mattress - same type though unfortunately, as the manufacture insisted that this one will have no problems. After using this for nearly a month, we found it performs better than the old one but really fear that after a certain time, this mattress will start to punish us again.

Lessons we learnt: the bad memory foam will loss its memory quickly so if you have a back problem or over weight, pls don't go for this type.
