A very happy customer, placed an order, and the next day got asked if I would be okay with delivery on the next weekend, I thought there may be a charge for the weekend but they said one of their vans was in my area always of a Saturday or Sunday. We got a bed frame in crushed velvet that has a base like a divan and it's beautiful. Communication was excellent and couldn't fault a thing with the service and our new bed.

I would rate this company higher if I could, I have never experienced such good customer service. Ordering on the website was quick and easy. Within half an hour I received a personal email to say that my request to have delivery a certain week, as we were getting a carpet laid was fine, and they'd contact us on the Monday to arrange day, which they did. They sent an email to ask us to reply, yes if suitable, and gave a one hour schedule. We replied yes, and receive a thank you we'll see you then. We live the other end of the country and they were spot on with their Saturday slot, very impressive. The delivery men were brilliant they carried everything up to the bedrooms. They put the boxes piled in order to open them and so I had space to build, and gave me so tips.

The triple bunk bed which is their own exclusive is out of this world, I cannot believe the quality or the sturdiness. My boys absolutely love it. I lost one of the bolts for the drawers, it was my fault, and despite me telling them it was me, they sent another one out that day for the next day at no cost to me. I only had enough in my Paypal credit balance to add the superior mattresses, and wasn't expecting much for the price, but they're actually very comfortable.

We've picked out a bed and mattress for me and the wife which I'll order from them as soon as I have enough, and recommend them to anyone looking for a bed.

I bought a pine single storage bed on sleeplandbeds.co.uk. When we unpacked the bed, there was a very bad 'damp' smell noticable but we thought it was the packaging. Unfortunately, 3 months later the smell is still there, it is not possible to sleep on it. The mattress is very bad quality, when you sit on the edge of the bed , the mattress goes down and the wooden frame of the bed cuts into your legs- dreadful! What is more the front board of the bed is made of few pieces glued together and it arrived partly detached. I made a complaint to sleepland beds and was told the smell I described was not possible. I requested the bed to be collected and refund arranged as the bed was delivered faulty but they refused and said I need to pay transport cost to return it, even though I already paid for faulty item and transport cost to delievered it. After several emails to Sleepland Beds, my complaint was ignored! Will never order anything from a UK supplier online after that experience.

After struggling to choose a bed for my youngest son the staff at sleepland beds were a fantastic help. I was advised on what type of bed and mattress would suit my son as he is very tall and big built. Great help and great service thankyou very much. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend to friends.

After searching through numerous online bed shops we decided to use this company and are so happy that we did. Professional service, bed delivered by 2 lovely lads and best of all my son loves his new bed.It is a solid, sturdy well made bed. We were a bit worried after reading a review of this bed from 2013 but they told us that they had listened, learned and made improvements. We really wanted this sleep station as we are limited to space. They were right and the bed has extra supports now making it solid. The bed never moves and we are delighted that our boy loves it.Happy family

The kids couldn't decide which bed they wanted off their site so thought we'd go and have a look in their showroom. I've never seen so many children's beds in one place. We were left to have a look around without hassle. They opted for the Mayfair in pink and a Supreme with stairs, I think it's called, in oak. They tried the mattresses and loved their pocket with the soft foam.

They took a bit to build but not too difficult really. They're both brilliant, our children are made up with all the room they have to do things with, and their friends love them which is 'show off' brownie points. We weren't going to get a bed but they had a leather bed they had on offer which was too good to pass up on. We also got a Pashmina mattress which we've slept lovely on, it's well comfy. The free pillows were appreciated, they're actually very good, and we got extra pairs for ordering three beds and mattresses which we were grateful for.

We have a holiday home in Berkshire, and they said they are there every Saturday which is perfect as we go mainly of a weekend to visit my parents. Even so far it is still free, and with the one hour time, so we will certainly be returning when we change our beds there.

I highly recommend having a look at this little hidden gem, I have nothing to complain about whatsoever.

My experience with sleeplandbeds was fantastic, the staff were very helpful in helping me find the best bed set for my growing toddler, they helped me get measurements and pick out the best bed to utilize the space. Was so helpful and happy with my baby's room that i came back and they did an even better job with my room. Thanks guys for helping keeping me under budget and giving me the best bed ever! now my nights are filled with enjoyable sleeps thanks guys!
