Do not believe the hype as they selectively post reviews and comments. I have had this confirmed by Simba and have screenshots on this.

They advertise their mattress well and you are easily drawn to the promises and the belief you are buying a well made product, you are not!

Negative comments and reviews are seldom posted on their website and facebook as they routinely delete them hence why users only seem to eulogise about the mattress. You are buying into a fabricated illusion of something that's seems pretty decent but in reality is the worse mattress on the market!

The mattress has a strong smell when new which will transfer to your bedding. Furthermore, the comfort of the mattress is vastly exaggerated as you will not wake after a good nights sleep. The mattress neither moulds to you or provides enough support leaving you with aches. To make matters worse, the mattress they sell suffers from terrible heat distribution making you sweat and results in a an uncomfortable sleep.

The purchase process and trial promises are slick along with their customer service but once there is an issue, they do not want to know.

Very poor product which provides no heat dispersion whatsoever. Without a doubt the worse mattress I have ever had.

Don't buy their fabricated hype!

Update: Their 10 year warranty is useless as they state if something is not reported in 30 days it is not classed as a fault and they will not investigate. I had a manager state this to me! They have no confidence in the workmanship and look for loopholes not to help you. The warranty is useless just like the mattress, their customer service and the company that sells it!

Can not believe I was fooled by fake marketing. Avoid this product as the only good thing about it is the falsified hype!
