This is the second Alstons accent chair I've bought and I'm delighted with it. It's neat but substantial, well-made and looks great in my bedroom. I chose my own fabric so had to wait a long 5 wks but it was worth the wait. The person I dealt with by email was excellent. The delivery men were good enough to take the chair upstairs and even took their shoes off as I'd just shampooed the stair carpet. That's what I call service!

Fabric I wanted wasn’t on the website however after emailing Relax sofas and beds they said there was no problem supplying it and it has now also been added to the choice on their website. Ordering online was very easy and Sofa arrived within the given timeframe. Delivery company very helpful, in touch by phone and email. A bit of negotiation by 2 good humoured guys got the sofa into our sitting room and all packing removed. The cheapest we could find and they even delivered to Scotland free! Would certainly use again.

I knew what sofas I wanted as I had seen them in a different store. To be honest I was apprehensive to buy online but relax were offering a good price so I bit the bullet.

Really pleased I did as the service was faultless. I made a mistake when choosing my fabric and called up to rectify, the person we spoke to was really helpful in resolving this for me.

The sofas came on time, delivered straight to the room. Couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend and use again.

Terrible service, poor value for money and downright dishonest. Paid for a good quality mattress and delivery, but because they couldn't be bothered to take it up a flight of stairs to the bedroom it was left on the living room floor. When we asked them to return and fulfill their obligations to bring it up the stairs - They returned and took the mattress away! The order was made on 12th November, it has taken till January 16th to get a refund - MINUS £82 for deliver and pickup! (despite their website stating free delivery) Avoid at all costs...

Very easy to order on line and to add to the order via telephone. Delivery was on time and well managed. No adverse comments at all - would definitely recommend to others.

The sofa bed arrived in excellent condition in the advertised timescale. The delivery team arrived at the agreed time and were very helpful in unloading the item into the room. The product was as advertised. I received a communication before the final payment was taken. All in all a straightforward and very satisfactory transaction.

Guarantee should include the size of chai rand type of motor. there should be an instruction manual for assembly, dissembly, access to batteries and how to use the handset eg. why does it flash? The product type was a recliner, raiser chair.
