I did a Google search for otty mattresses and found a king-size at £549. On clicking through to their site I discovered that the mattress was priced at £599. An offer of a combination of free pillows and £25 off or £75 off without the pillows was advertised. I questioned Otty about this mismatch but was curtly told the price on their website was correct. I told them about the price shown on the Google search but they said they could not find the page I was looking at. I feel that they need to update their sales information and to admit they have made an error.
