Nest 200 Mattress

got this king mattress from TV Beds as a replacement for another mattress. They describe it as medium firm. It turned out to be extremely firm, very much like sleeping on the floor. My daughter could only sleep on it one night before moving in to the spare room. It took a few weeks to chose and buy the correct mattress but still the Nest 200 mattress was filling the room with a chemical smell despite airing the room and bare mattress every day. We gave it to a neighbour who said they liked a firm mattress but they said they got back ache from sleeping on it and have since disposed of it.
