After waiting a long time (20 days!) for my baby's mattress, I was really disappointed when it arrived that the quality just wasn't there. The mattress felt soft and spongy and I could feel the slats of the cot through the mattress. Very let down with both service and product and I wouldn't recommend using them.

Maybe they should spend more time on the products than on their fancy website!

I was looking for a good quality natural mattress for my baby and the Naturalmat website looked good and so i thought I would splash out on one of their mattresses.

I went for their middle of the road Naturalmat Latex mattresses. After ordering I didn't hear anything for a week, when I called them they then explained it would be here within 2 weeks, which wasn't explained on the website - 5 days that said! When it arrived (over 4 weeks after ordering) I was so disappointed. It was far too soft and offered no support and didn't seem comfortable at all. The mattress smelt and didn't look anything like the image on the website, with poor stitching etc.

I did some more digging on the company and it turns out they used to make mattresses for boats and decided to do baby mattresses. They call them organic but they are not certified and they don't even use organic cotton.

Overall, it was bad service to deliver a bad product. Disappointed to say the least.
