I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The description for the mattress I ordered said 'the mattress could be turned to extend it's life'. The mattress could not be turned (as in over) only rotated. The underside of the mattress was not padded so could only ever be used on one side and I felt was very sub standard to other mattresses I had bought at similar prices.

Despite my request to swap for another mattress, one which could be turned I was told that I would have to pay a return cost of over £50.

The mattress was not value for money and the description very misleading. The company response was that it 'stood by it's description'.

It left me feeling they are not interested in their customers nor are they looking for repeat business, just 'one offs' and never again!

We went to Mattressguy to buy a bed for ourselves,The staff were polite and helpful and full of information even though you could see that it was mostly sales patter. we ordered a bed and it was arrived at the next day.luckily mattressguy have a very comfort guarantee,got excellent service - I wish I had done that in the first place.
