I have spent thousands of pounds with this company over the years, so when I made a mistake with an order and tried to cancel it, I expected them to try to help. Wrong! It had already been despatched and I was told if I refused delivery and sent it back they would charge me £20. I told them that I was a customer of long standing, and would definitely be shopping with them again in the future, so was there something they could do help? The answer was a very rude " no". I returned the item at my own expense and then had to wait 2 weeks for my refund. When I telephoned to find out about the refund I was once again met with aggression and rudeness. I will never use this company again.

the organic mattress online did not describe either hard or soft. I was assured it was soft on the phone.It arrived, extremely firm. The staff were bullish and threatening. I liked the fact it was organic. It is too firm to use. Am still trying months later to either have money back, or get different mattress.I have now spent over £1000, and have not had a mattress to sleep on for months. Consumer Beware!Check before buying firmness.If buying mattress it is second hand immediatly.. and therefore completly devalued.Ask a lot of questions, ring around.Mattress s are largely bought online. Healthy House is definately not the place to buy from
