Dreams Rimini Frame with Chaucer Mattress

We looked at this site before purchasing our new bed and mattress. We were very reluctant to purchase from Dreams as there was a fair amount if negative feedback relating to most aspects of after sales service! This concerned us however we were very keen on the Rimini Ottoman frame, exclusive to Dreams! following excellent service from Jean at the Falkirk Dreams Store we were reassured with regards to all aspects of after sales service. We placed our order for the bed and Mattress and were duly advised with regards to a delivery date. Two days prior to the date we recieved a text which confirmed that we would receive a call on the morning of delivery confirming a two hour delivery time slot. The delivery arrived within the first 15 mins of the two hour slot. The bed and mattress were both delivered in excellent condition by polite and helpful delivery men. We have now had the bed for a couple of weeks and it is a joy! Well worth the expense (although we did negotiate extra discount!). The experience of dealing with Dreams has been nothing short of excellent. We would highly recommend their beds and their service.
