Double Divan Base Excellent
Ordering really easy , ordered on Tuesday afternoon, delivered Wednesday evening. The divan itself was good quality with draws, wheels and attachments. Will buy again.

Not Worth The Slightly Lower Prices
The ordering process on the website was fairly smooth, but that's the only positive I can think of for this joke of an outfit. When we ordered our bed the website said it would be up to 10 working days due to corona virus, which is understandable. Almost a month later a bed arrived. Somebody else's bed. Then began a game of trying to get in touch with someone who could sort it out. Calls, emails and their contact form went mostly unanswered. I'm not sure what the point of the little girl who answers the one phone number is. All she does is take your name and number and get extremely rude if you try to say more. The company should save money and replace her with an answering machine. It would actually be more effective. But anyway 6 weeks since ordering we still don't have our bed. Their utter incompetence at being able to book a courier to collect something from one place and take it to another astounds me. They still haven't got it right yet. We have had to delay opening up our holiday cottage for bookings during peak season because of this fiasco. Save yourself money and hassle and use another company.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a divan base 7 days ago. I received a confirmation email within 24 hours with an estimated delivery of 7-10 days. Website still states 2-10 days. I have sent two emails for clarity on estimated delivery date and received a lecture from a customer service representative on the presence of Covid in the country and how lucky I am that we have delivery drivers.
He failed to appreciate that the company are happy to process the payment immediately but are less interested in customer satisfaction.
He chooses to miss the actual question I asked: has the bed been dispatched to a courier service. And if not, when will it be dispatched. This is not a complaint against a courier service, who are doing amazing work, but a valid customer question.
Do not use this company. Very bad and patronising customer service.

We ordered 12 beds and mattresses with many special requirements for contract use and they matched every single one without error. Our beds have had fantastic feedback for the excellent level of comfort and its one of the comments we hear the most from our customers.

Had to order a bed at short notice as extra visitors were arriving and from start to finish the telephone and on line ordering were helpful and caring and to add to it the bed was delivered three days early -well done to your company as so times when we order things these days people fail to deliver
