Comfy-Living 3ft Single Chocolate Faux Leather Bed

This company ruined my husbands bday after being late with the delivery and wanted us to stay all day on his bday ( when his parents had come to visit for just couple of days) at home and wait be ause they failed to deliver as promised.

Do not believe the next day delivery or rely on it.

We had to spend hald day on the phone listening them only apologising and finally after fighting they told us they can call the company to tell us approx time.

My mother in law with serious arthritis had to sleep on the most uncomfortable sofa and my father in law had to go out during the night to buy inflatable mattress because of Comfy Leaving.

Believe it or not they didn't even wanted to compensate us for their incompetency!

Avoid if possible or order few daysbefore you actuLly need it!

I bought this bed, a 3ft single divan with chocolate faux leather,through Amazon and the companies name is Comfy-Living.

It was cheap but that's not the point - it is really bad quality. The wooden slats on the bed frame are so thin that when you sit on the bed, they break.

The mattress that came with it is awful too. After 4 weeks I noticed that the material was not lying flat anymore and the springs are coming up!

I contacted the company to be told I wasn't entitled to a refund as I'd had it longer than 30 days.

I am utterly disgusted with this company and their refusal to refund me for a bed that has not lasted.

Obviously they are selling utter rubbish and once they've got your money they couldn't care less. They are insisting I have another bed - what's the point? It'll only break again.

I wish I had known about this company before I wasted all this money on this bed. If I had seen a review like this, I would not have bought the bed and would have saved myself from wasting money, for me it is a lot of money and saved myself from a lot of stress.
