We paid and placed order. A whole week later when we were expecting the bed to be delivered, we received an email to say that order cannot be fulfilled. No further communication from company despite asking for an explanation.

Goods were if poor quality and arrived damaged. Driver didn't give a chance for me to unwrap and look at anything. The beds weren't just damaged in transport there were scratches everywhere - unbelievable! Awful

Couldn't deliver when they said. Bed came late and badly damaged so had to go back. The Company does not Value the Custom. They don't care how much time you spend waiting for a delivery that is not going to happen.The 'Bespoke'Workmanship is in fact Shoddy and weak. Would NEVER buy from them again and would NEVER recommend. Rude staff. No Customer Service. No Quality Control. Awful.

Ordered a bed and mattress bundle from click4beds. Both items arrived on time, complete and in 20 mins all made up and ready to use. A no hassle experience and customer service were really attentive. I would really recommend as good prices, good selection and informed delivery.

I ordered a bed on Wednesday and stated I wanted next day delivery as I have recently move and I have no bed or Matress for me , my partner and baby to sleep on. I had an email to confirm delivery so I waited in all day for the bed. 3:00pm comes and i decide to ring them to see where my bed is. I speak with a young girl who tells me that the email sent was incorrect and the bed isn't due out till Friday. I told her my situation and told her if I knew my bed wasn't going to be delivered next day as it states on their website I wouldn't of order with them. But obviously as I have paid I will wait one more day for my bed. Friday morning I ring to see if they can give me an expected delivery time and they said they will call me back within 20 mins . So again I wait for there call and nearly 2 hours later I still haven't received a call. So again I have to call them and have the first women I spoke to on the phone telling me they haven't processed my order as I said I wasn't happy when they told me my bed wasn't being delivered when I was originally informed. Now she stated it won't be until Monday now when my bed is delivered! £410 spent to receive attitude off a girl and god knows how much on 0844 numbers spent. I have canceled my order because of the sheer fact of how she spoke with me. Bensons for beds here I come !!!!

I ordered my bed on a Wednesday night and it came on Friday of that week which I requested. The instructions of the bed was so simple to follow and easy to put together. Best company I have dealt with in a long time. Company emailed me to advise purchase had been received and then received a phone call on the morning of delivery to advise its on its way. Would recommend this company and bed to anybody

On scheduled delivery date I got a call saying part of the bed had been misplaced so would not be delivered. Was told it would arrive the following day - when only 3 out of 4 parts of the bed arrived (the base was missing). 1 week later the base still hasnt arrived and the new delivery date today was scheduled to deliver a brand new base. Again, I get a call this morning saying the base has been damaged in transit. This company are happy to pass off the blame onto their courier company and offered a measly £10 reimbursement of the delivery fee for my 3 days taken off work!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We had a very short time to organize a bed (less than a week) all the other companies we contacted would not offer next day on the items we wanted, we nearly had to cancel our plans and put off visitors. I then found Click4beds i called them and spoke before ordering and then ordered our bed on the Wednesday afternoon it was delivered as requested on the following Friday and in very good order, so would I recommend them to anyone who asked.

Great service,great mattress, great value no hassle very helpfull.

Refreshing change for a company to call you back and let you know there will be a definate delivery, ours came before the prompt call and was on the bed frame !

Would reccommend this company i value good service i seldom come across the values that where allways there in the retail buissness,This company obviously values the customer and the products, good for them and us.

service exactly as described,quick and easy process and really good customer service when queries raised.

only drawbacks are mattress delivered separately so have to wait for 2 different deliveries and bed delivery men do not give any time to inspect goods so always put goods damaged on invoice as directed to protect yourself.
