I am delighted with the service of the person at Circa beds. My item was as stated and good quality, it arrived on time with tracking number provided. Email customer service option was prompt & first class, even though a small but significant part was missing from delivery I didn't hold out much hope of a response or it being delivered from the manufacturer, but I was delighted when as promised it turned up within a couple of days!

I had a very happy easy experience from start to finish buying a bed from Circa Beds. Very helpful and polite to deal with, and their responce to my email was extremely quick. Delivery was when it said it would be, and i received a tracking number via email.
