Birlea Milano Day Bed and Trundle

I would not even give this product one star but had to choose a star.

This bed is extremely poorly made of a very thin gage metal and so it is welded in spots as the gage of the metal is too thin to be able to weld all the way round a leg for example , it cranks and creeks on the slightest movement and cannot be adjusted due to being so poorly made, the noise is horrendous and can be heard from downstairs in the opposite end of the house, it has slats on the base which fell through one end after one night. The trundle legs snapped off one end the first time someone sat on it and could have caused a injury as they fell to the floor. Again the trundle has thin metal gages poorly welded, it has a bracket to hold the legs but this is put on from underneath and so hence just falls off with gravity. The manufacturers response was it is only for occasional use. I am afraid this product is not fit for purpose we didn't even get a night from it. I have reported it to trading standards
