Wow....I will not be ordering from this company again....if you would like poorly built goods, and an extremely poor customer service then by all means use this company.

I purchased a bed and mattress from a major high street retailer not so long ago, and the customer service and quality of build was a 100 times better.

Interesting to read other comments also remarking about the director's attitude too....rude and a lack of any empathy.

I will NOT be using these guys again.....

Beds on leg has excellent mattress, much better than I excepted. Excellent service, communication and delivery were fast.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with Bedsonlegs and the apparent director. See the photos - the bed is broken after just two months and she has refused to refund it. I now have to sleep on it using paint cans & books to support the frame. Despite my explaining several times it is broken she responds the same way- not her problem. I have sent several emails and photos, she responds with no care or interest whatsoever - she has zero intention of helping her customer once the money has been spent. She states that because of a “recommendation” to use fabric under the legs it is not her problem - even though the bed is *advertised* on her website in a picture as being on a wooden floor and it is *not* stipulated that it *has* to be on fabric/carpet. She accused me of misuse- I can assure you the bed has been used as any bed would be- it’s not an ornament! She told me there is no one above her I can speak to and there is no independent regulator. The Director sent replacement legs - basically a few pieces of wood, no fixings - which she stated were a “goodwill gesture” and that it is not covered under a manufacturer warranty. But as the legs are not snapped that’s not going to help! The legs are not holding the frame and not providing support at all- you can see in the pictures. If anyone can advise me on what to do in this situation I would be grateful- I am devastated and cannot believe the terrible customer service provided by this company. I never would have imagined a company would fob off a customer in this way and be totally unreasonable- she has made no offer to assess the bed, repair it, replace it or refund it- nothing! I really wish I had gone with another company- there are many out there. AVOID! :(

I purchased 2 items from beds on legs last year.

The mattress is fantastic the bed frame is terrible.

I have had various issues over the last few months but at the end of the day they are not prepared to help any further leaving me with a bed frame that needs tightening and adjusting every 4 weeks as it is so noisy and squeaks everytime you move.

Apparently it is completely acceptable to expect me to do this even though it involves lifting a heavy king size mattress off the frame - testing every slat and tighten any fittings.

I don't expect any a reputable company to think that this is acceptable.

Avoid unless you are a weightlifter or deaf and don't buy from this company.

After encountering various problems with another supplier I was advised to use Beds on Legs by my brother, who had previously bought from the company. The sales advisor was very helpful and helped me decide on which beds would be suitable. I purchased an Ottoman bed for the first time and I wasn't disappointed.

Quick and Easy to order, which is great as quite daunting to spend so much on an online sale.

They phoned me to set out delivery details as clear as possible, delivery company text to give clear day and time slot.

Bed arrived on specified day & delivered to back bedroom.

which was amazing included with free delivery as the boxes would have been too much to lift on my own.

Good clear concise instructions on putting the bed together and it's very sturdy, well made product, cant fault in any way

Overall, very happy with price service and product

I can't say any negatives about this company, the entire process was so easy. I had to call to ask a question about the ottoman bed I was looking at and the staff member was really polite and professional. I found the website so easy to use and looking at other websites I could tell this one didn't hold back with there layout and simplicity to select a bed and add to van, it was an extremely quick process. The value on the beds compared to other companies was clear to see so I was more than pleased with my purchase and it arriving on time. I think there is no pleasing some people if any reviews are below 5 star on here.

My bed broke unexpectedly so I trawled the Internet looking for the deepest ottoman I could find with quick delivery. I came across beds on legs who have an amazing range of really deep Cavendish Ottoman Beds. They had lots of colours to choose from & were very helpful with all my questions.

The bed arrived within the week & I am very impressed with the quality. I can now hide so much under there. The delivery drivers were great very friendly & took the bed to my bedroom and unpacked it. I didn't have to wait in all day which was great, I got a 3 hour slot and they called 30 mins before. Great Service, very impressed.

Absolutely disgusting appalling service by the Director of this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. I have a faulty bed which I want returning and they refuse to let me and also the bed came with missing items. After they take your money they don't care. Bed is poor quality. Ottoman style and is impossible for one person to close again, requires 2 people as so stiff to close. Ottoman also opens a lot wider than should and compared to the picture. seems to be major fault with it but after spending £600 she does not care and said your bed is fine and it should open this way!!! Director of this shambles of a company also put the phone down on me!! the Worse customer service I have ever experience. Type of company you would find on Watch Dog. DO NO ORDER ANYTHING.

I ordered my bed on a Wednesday night, and received it in just under two weeks. I am totally in love with the bed, it's gorgeous and very well made considering the cheap price tag! I'd definitely recommend to a friend.
