I would recomend to never buy online from them.I bought a mattress via ebay and found very flexible it supposed to be firm . I contact them and they asked to me return to them but i have to pay the postage.when I tried to arrange a courrier to return it was costing me more than the item itself so i dropped the idea to return this. I wouldn't have this rubbish even in free. Now I am going to arrange the local council to dispose it. I would recomend to never buy anything from them without seeing it.

Bought 4ft 6 double outoman (black) and all I can say is the bed and mattress is what I expected for £210 . Delivered on time and with no fuss or hassle. Delivery guy was pleasant and even took my old bed away !

Please avoid this company, selling through Groupon or independently. I ordered a bed for my 14 year old son in October 2013. The bed included a memory foam mattress and bed linen. After a few weeks my son commented that a couple of the slats had broken off and he had managed to replace them. Once they have come out it was very tricky to get them back properly and they didn't stay in place for long. One snapped completely, being very poor quality. The frame is also warped and crooked and very cheaply made. The mattress is extremely thin and really not worth having and we threw the bed linen away as it was terrible quality. My son could not move freely on the bed for fear of further slats breaking and we had to put suitcases underneath to try and support the slats and stop this happening.

I contacted Groupon in December who advised me to contact BMW to return the bed and when confirmed they would refund me. I did this only to be told it was not their policy to accept returns and would just send replacement parts! I escalated this with Groupon and received a call back from BMW asking me to scrap the bed on their behalf and they would contact Groupon to refund me. Although I was told in January by groupon that this conversation did take place and a refund would be made, I have still not received any refund.

I have sent numerous emails only to be told now by Groupon yesterday that BMW had not been in touch! Itherefore tried to email BMW today to confirm the scrapping conversation with Groupon but the emails are being returned as undeliverable! I have again contacted Groupon and am hoping they honour their word to refund me, I will update you if this happens.

I ordered a bed and mattress; the bed arrived along with another totally unrelated item but no mattress. I tried calling and emailing B&MW several times with no response whatsoever.

The bed was ok for the money but to this day, still no mattress

they despatch products that are nothing like what they advertise, then when you ring they lie to you about the product, try to tell you things which are really outside the law and if you persist and try and get any sense out of them they hang up. reported them to trading standards, hope they get prosecuted and thrown in jail.

I purchased a faux leather double bed and mattress through Groupon the bed is advertised with memory foam mattress. The same picture shown on groupon can be found on the companies website however the mattress shown on the picture and described as memory foam mattress is not the same as he one they send you. They send a rolled mattress which is tightly wrapped. The delivery and instructions stated that once opened the mattress took a couple of hours to expand. Disappointed when I opened it I left it to settle for hours. The mattress is only 5 inches thick and no amount of settling will make this expand further. It is not the mattress shown on their website in the picture which shows the bed and mattress at full price. Not only is the mattress poor quality but the bed is too. I bought this for my teenage son and can honestly say that his infant cot was of better quality and the cot mattress thicker than the one supplied with the bed. Tried to complain but the company told be I cannot return the mattress once out of the packaging. I didn't know how inferior the mattress was until it was out of the packaging. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am at wasting £189.95 on this product. Save yourself the grief and buy elsewhere.

Seen on groupon usually peddling their poor quality items. Might as well sleep on the floor they are so thin. Cannot return the items for a refund. 

Having great difficulty - mattress delivered not as advertised, seen better mattresses throw in the skip. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they mis-sell and the cost of return is passed on to you!!!!!

I bought an Ottoman Storage bed 6 months ago which has resulted in being faulty. The customer service level is incredibly poor to which when i ask to speak to a manager, they are never there! Apparently the storage bed that i had bought the bed for in the first place had too much storage in it which resulted in my bed breaking!! What a load of rubbish! I had to escalate this to Groupon who i bought the bed from and i am still awaiting a full refund. Their policy apparently is if the bed is faulty they will just replace the parts - lol!! What if the whole bed is warped, snapped, not laying straight and won't close? Seriously, do not buy from this manufacturer! Groupon however have been very good with the whole situation!!!!

We purchased a storage bed and mattress from beds and mattress world through groupon, they were delivered within a week I am totally chuffed with my purchase the bed has so much room for storage underneath and the mattress though not the best is very comfy. The only little negative I had was the delivery the courier would not take it into the house but can understand when he told me it was for insurance reasons. I will buy from them again and also will recommend to others
