Ordered and paid for a bed 3 weeks ago and still waiting. The one date they gave for delivery I took day off work and nothing arrived, no phone call, no reply to mine.

They do not reply to emails. Still no bed

Ordered at 2pm received following day at 9am. The salesman I spoke to was fantastic and made it easy for me to decide on the bed and mattress I required.

Ashame about the previous reviews as I cannot fault bedtown for their service.

Ordered at midday and was promised next day delivery , so took day off work.

6pm the next day bad had not arrived, turned up the following day - no apology, nothing.

They do not return calls or emails - will never ever use them again.

try to contact them, they took my money very fast 2 weeks later still no mattress!!!

I placed my order (Leather Modern Bed Frame) on the 29/03/2012 at 13:08...according to their website any order before 2pm will qualify for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. The same night someone called me at approx 10pm (unprofessional?) to advise my order will not arrive till the following week because of my "location" don't offer next day delivery if you can't follow this up...

When it still didn't arrive I had to call the company who are unprofessional at the best of times - I was then told their had been a "mix up" and it still hadn't left their warehouse to be delivered.

It took over a week for my bed to be delivered allegedly the next day!? I sent in a formal written complaint on the 2nd April and I am still waiting on a response...the company offer cheap products and zero customer service. The bed itself has no problems so only use this shower of a company if you aren't in any rush for your goods to be delivered.

I ordered a bed through this company had no confirmation.

Phoned constantly to really get to talk to anyone.

I place a special order date 3 weeks before the bed was due they could not even manage to get this right

I am a nurse who took the day off work to wait in for a bed that never came

I was assured the day before that the bed would be here saturday 26th when i phoned TNT the corriers they informed me otherwise.

They also charged me extra for the delivery as i wanted a particular date.

I would never uses this company again!

I am now bed less and down on pay. I wonder how long it will take them to sort this out?

I would have liked to know they were an incompetent company before i placed an order and gave them my money.

bought a bed with bed town through groupon it was supposed to be delivered a week ago when it never arrived i emailed them,the reply i got was i needed to pay an extra 50 pounds on top of the 30 pounds already paid to deliver to my address i canceled on the spot.

DO NOT BUY A BED WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

I am appalled at the level of service from bedtown! I ordered a bed a little over two weeks ago expecting same week delivery. I called them for a status update on the bed and getting the impression the representative didnt really know what he was doing said he would call me back within an hour....a day passed. Same thing happened again the next day. When I called back the third day he told me that it would be delivered the end of the week....a week passed. I called once again and the guy was very confident that that was very incorrect information, have me his name and guaranteed me that my bed would w arriving the 'end of the week'.....another week passed. I just got a phone call telling me my bed will be delivered on the 7th November.....I cancelled my order. Please bedtown, if you dot know what to say..find out the correct information...don't lie to get the customer of your back! I move into my flat a week ago and the floor is not very comfortable.

We ordered a small double (4ft) metal framed bed for our eldest daughter. I'd read other reviews and everything seemed favourable. I was very impressed that I ordered it before 2pm on the Thursday and it was at the house by 1pm the following day! The assembly instructions were initially confusing but once we'd read through them a couple of times, everything became clear and it only took two daughters just over an hour to put the frame together, with a little bit of help from yours truly to tap in the plastic slat covers with a firm hand. We ordered the mattress to go with it so we got a lovely bed and mattress for just over £200 altogether - what a bargain! We're very pleased with it and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a competitively priced bed and mattress. We'll certainly revisit when the time comes to replace our other daughters' single beds.

got a bed deal, very cheap , was sorted out straight away with no delays or hassle, emailed them once for some info with a very prompt reply.

delivery was very prompt.( normaly nxt day, offers/vouchers up to 10 days) recieved within 2 days !! AMAZING !

only one downside i found was the speed of delivery,(bear in mind 10 day delivery) sounds silly i know but, the day i emailed asking for a rough date ( so i could arrange time off work) i was told it was coming the morning after!! when i was expecting a week later. having been told it had been dispatched it would have cost me to re deliver if i wasnt there. luck was on my side tho.

so all is good

so in short a quick email 24hrs before dispatching would be the only thing i would say i would change, then if not apropriate a suitable date could be sorted.
