Poor Customer Service And False Advertising

Offensive and rude customer services over the telephone.

Prommised call back within the hour, no reseponse in over 24 hours, when questioned the reply was: so what, we're busy.

Adertising on website prommissed a price match for other sites which is a lie, the price match isn't really available.

Do not buy from them.

I shall appreciate what justify your negative statement ??

Easy to criticise behind hidden Name!

These are untrue and unfair comments.

I had the same response from them. They were so very rude and there's no was they will do the price match. I went to the company who offered the lower price and had a successful time with them. Beats these jokers any day.

Sealy Sophia Gold 1400 Mattress - Bedcentre Uk - Save Your £

DO NOT BUY THIS BED.I have had mine now for 6 months and it started dipping after 1 month. I paid £1000 for this bed that looks more like a bed that is 6 years old rather than 6 months. When i contacted Bedcentre UK(who took 1 month to get it sorted)they sent an independant technician who told me that "i was using my bed the wrong way" - hence the dipping. Bedcentre UK and Sealy will do nothing about my bed.

To pay £1000 for a bed for it to look like 2 elephants have been sleeping in it after 6 months is sickening (my husband and i are not overweight either).

I paid £1000 because i wanted a decent mattress that would last at least 5 years - i dread to think what mine will look like in 1 years time.

I bought a Sealy Bed becuase it's "The worlds no. 1 bed brand" and thought i was buying something that would last.

Italian Designer Black Faux Leather Bed From Comfy Zone

December 3rd 2011 received new bed frame from Comfy Zone at a cost of £399

December 5th 2011 first used

January 8th 2012 Support structure of 2x metal rods snaps and on inspection reveals the poor quality metal that is it's construction.

Since then email gymnastics prove futile as the company claims they have the right to change the materials that the bed support is made from (they boast a solid wooden support spine but in fact we are sent inferior quality, thin metal)

Instead they send replacement (identical) parts which after I fit last 2 days.

Trading standards here we come.
