I ordered some covers from this company which were a lot more than I would usually pay but I was moving in to my first home and wanted them to be my first ones. I bought them before I moved in so didn't use them straight away. When I did start using them the buttons at the bottom quickly started coming off and after a few washes they were all gona and the material no loner had a silky feel. I knew the buttons could be sewed back on but thought for the money I paid it should be better quality. I decided to email we love linen to tell them about the quality of the product and was discussed with their attitude. All they had to say was that I couldn't be given a full refund as it was after 14 days (even though I hadn't asked for one) and gave no apology whatsoever about the quality of their product. This shocked me as I thought the least they would do would be to apologise and tell how they don't usually have this and have high standards for their products or something along those lines. But no not even one apology! It was almost like it had been after the 14 days therefore they didn't care how rubbish their product had gone cause it was no longer there issue. I don't think anyone can know how bed covers are going to go after only 14 days especially since I hadn't used it straight away. I will not be using this company again as I wasn't happy with the bed covers but was far more unhappy with their customer service and think they need to think about the way they deal with complaints.

Rang to speak to someone who wasn't particularly helpful and wouldn't take my order over the phone. Duvet set I ordered still not arrived after at least 2 weeks!

Really good value for money, fitted perfectly into our sons space themed room!!! He was so pleased with it! It was slightly smaller than I expected but looked fab anyway!

I ordered a bed runner and two cushion covers on sunday evening and they arrived on tuesday and are perfect and very good value at just over £20. They are good quality and fit perfectly with my bedroom decor.

My only slight complaint would be that they are dry clean only, but as they are only to look nice, hopefully I won't need to clean them too often.

I live in Sweden and can't get the size sheets I need for my bed size. I hadn't ordered linen on line before so was a bit dubious because I like to feel the fabric first. The sheets I ordered came before the delivery date and are top quality and a perfect fit for my super king extra deep mattress. I will certainly order from WELOVELINEN again. Even with the cost of overseas delivery the price was value for quality.

Ordered this BEAUTIFULL Tablecloth, was over the moon with QUALITY & such a superb delivery service, had a dinner party on the Wednesday ordered on the Monday and came on the Wednesday.
