I just wanted to warn any potential customers of this online company. They trade under several different web site names and are a subsidiary of tensmachinedirect.co.uk. Be warned there about 6 different web sites all linked to them so check the company details before ordering anything.

Do not trade or order anything with this company as they are hopeless and unproffesional. I placed an order with them for a particular maternity pillow - granted they processed and the dispatched the order very efficiently however they sent me the cheaper and inferior model. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions through the web site and direct email and they have still not contacted me or refunded my account!!!! I have had to spend £10 on postage to return the item as it would have been overdue as per the return policy stated on the web site. I have now had to dispute the transaction with my credit card provider and ask them to reject the transaction. This has become a lengthy process and would advise against anybody using them. They are totally unreliable! Unfortunately they do not list a contact telephone number anywhere so you cannot call them a lesson learned too late!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.... BE WARNED...! I have rated as 1* however would like to rate 0!!!
