Excellent hands on experience. Very well informed staff. They made the whole process easy and explained each step as best they could. Ordering was easy and payment went through without a glitch as the product is sold as a whole, with accessories if needed. They have videos you can watch on their site, that ables you to install the item yourself, without the extra cost of a plumber. They followed up at each phase and made sure I’m happy with the product. It would be nice if they had their own plumbers because not everyone knows what or how to get to their pipes. On the plus side, I got a lot of email advice from the company owner on how to tackle the problem myself. Excellent job guys.

After a visit to Thailand where I first experienced a bumgun it occurred to me that this method of hygiene is far more efficient and effective than our current paper method. It's really just common sense when you think about it. Upon arriving home I immediately began my search for this product. I found bumgun.com ordered my guns and after a very simple self installation I'm now the proud owner of a very sensible method of hygiene. I highly recommend this device.

A little research will be needed to make sure that the product is easily installed on an Australian plumbing system as there seems to be some variation on the connection types.

The BumGun is a wonderful, high-quality product that will make you wonder why you ever thought toilet paper use was a clean habit! Combining the cleansing power of water and finishing up with a small square of fabric or two will liberate you forever from buying toilet paper. As far as the state of the used fabric squares is concerned, the water takes care of something like 99.9% of the cleaning, so what people say about "trace amounts" of matter left over is really true. I've never felt so clean in my life. And I love being able to use fewer resources in my daily living. If you want to shrink your environmental footprint and save money, this is a great way to do it. As with many other environmentally friendly habits I have adopted, this new way of doing things surprises me yet again by being superior to the old habits in every way. I do not feel that I have had to make sacrifices in order to live more sensibly.

Well used to using similar products as we have second home in India, where they are widely used. In terms of quality, this is an excellent product and the customer service received was exceptional. Just be careful to check that your cold water pressure is not too low but do not be concerned about the temperature of the water being too cold, that is not a problem.

Cannot recommend the BumGun too highly !

I was familiar already with the Asian style bidet sprayer and a convert from the start. When I came across the BumGun Company on returning to the UK I did not hesitate to order two sprayer kits, one for the bathroom and the other for the cloakroom toilet. They have been installed for nearly one month and are, predictably, a winner in every sense. Smart in appearance, adding style but above all comfortable and super hygienic to use while at the same time offering a massive saving on the use of toilet rolls, over time. This simple piece of kit is truly amazing but not as amazing as the timidity of the UK public to embrace the idea.

My wife and I have just purchased the Mario model bidet sprayer from the BumGun. I wanted to write a review because of the excellent service I received but also because I am so happy at the quality of this bidet sprayer. I cannot believe I put up with toilet paper for so many years. This technology should have been invented by a German. For once our inventors have been outclassed, because this is an awesome upgrade from toilet paper. So much cleaner, more comfortable, and I am already noticing how much I am saving from my shopping bill now I don’t have to buy so much toilet paper. Very impressed.

i found their products online and they seemed exactly what i needed. High quality all stainless steel.

However i had never heard of this shop before, i contacted them to ask a couple questions. They replied very quickly and with the information i needed.

That convinced me to give them a try and so i placed the order. The product was delayed a bit because of the end-of-year vacations but that was communicated to me timely.

When the product arrived it was in fact well made and it has been working great since then.
