Villavent Ltd Heat Recovery

I bought a new flat which had been fitted with a Villavent system and was told I had to have serviced annually.

I have rung at least three times over the past two months and on both occasions was told that the service manager would ring me to arrange a service, but nobody has ever bothered to get back to me.

If they can't be bothered to do this job they should ring and tell me.

Villavent supplied a central vacuum unit to our new house, which was installed by a Chester based company, Treadwarm. The first time the vacuum motor unit was switched on it ran for about 10 seconds and then died with a flash and a bang. We have since been unable to get either Villavent or Treadwarm to send anyone out to fix the unit. Avoid!

Avoid this company at all costs. Their after sales customer care is appalling
