Booked service and radiator valve repair, was charged for service and £40+vat for radiator repair, engineer attended property and service the boiler and left a mess behind him, didn't leave a certificate had to chased them for it. after few call got it by email. didn't fixed the radiator and said to my wife that radiator need valve which told the lady who booked the job that the radiator need valve. sent quote for the valve which didn't wish to agree to and asked for my money back as the radiator hasn't been fixed. they refused to give me refund as the engineer made a diagnostic that i already know. so they charged me for nothing. the engineer was at the property already for the service. felt mislead ed even though i am returning customer All what they care about is charging customer.bad customer service

Got a plumber to attend to the leaking boiler, fix the problem first time. It seemed he knew exactly what was wrong. He said he been in the industry for a long time to know what exactly is the common faults for all major boiler. Would high recommend his skills and expertise. Wouldn't use anybody else for my plumbing needs now.
